Nearby.ai is an AI-powered growth platform we’re currently building for local home service businesses. We’re exploring how to help providers get discovered, generate demand, and win more jobs—starting with business profiles, marketing, and lead generation.

Where it started: Spotlight
Before Nearby.ai, I designed and built Spotlight end-to-end, an AI-powered product that helped local business owners create and publish stories on NewsBreak.
In just three months, business owners published 1,500+ articles through Spotlight. That traction showed us the opportunity was bigger than content creation—we could help local businesses get discovered, reach new customers, and grow.
